I photograph every session with a story in mind, knowing each moment will be yours to keep forever. Every session includes all of the best images from our time together, so you'll never need to spend hours narrowing down your favorites or pay extra for all of your gallery images. Within 10 short days, the story is all yours, watermark-free, ready to enjoy.

Galleries are filled with a mixture of classic "look at the camera" photos, playful candids and emotive connections.

Family Sessions
A Little Time Capsule of this Moment...
A relaxed morning session the comfort of your home or neighborhood, lasting as long as your kids are happy (generally 45-60 minutes). We can mix both indoors and outdoors around your yard and neighborhood during the warmer months.

In full transparency, I'm pretty picky about the locations I suggest to families. My number one favorite will always be your home but for those who want an outdoor setting, I have several I can suggest. When working with younger children, it truly helps when I know the outdoor lighting and how it will impact the feel of your photos. When we have an active toddler with a short attention span, the last thing you want to do is walk around a large crowded park looking for ideal light without lots of people in the background. I look for areas that have a safe place for toddlers to run, close parking so they don't lose interest by the time we get to our destination, and are quiet. I love parks that aren't filled with photographers already, so you feel an element of serene privacy. It also truly helps to limit distractions for children.
With that being said, if you have a location you love, please feel free to suggest it or ask. I can find out if a permit is required and let you know if I'm open to photographing there. I also have a large network of photographers to ask their opinions if they have had experience with that particular location. :)
