I was pretty excited when mom told me dad was running to pick up fresh flowers from Whole Foods as I set up things for this sweet baby girl’s photo session in their Baltimore home. As I mentioned in a previous post, while you have the option to have more of a lifestyle look to your newborn session images, many families choose simplicity. In that case, we can use a tiny space to pretty much bring a studio to your home.

For example, we shot the entire session in her little nursery. I bring professional lighting that mimics soft natural lighting if we don’t have access to enough natural light that day. Most of the time we do, but it’s reassuring if you’re worried about having a home that is too dark for an in home newborn photography session.
