Colorful In-Home Newborn Session

What I love the about every in-home Baltimore newborn session is that no two are ever the same. Every family is different. Every baby is different. Every home has different lighting. It keeps me on my toes and inspires me each and every time.

Some homes have a very neutral palette which ends up inspiring the family to wear light colors and we keep it bright and airy. Others love darker tones. And come love more colorful decor, which I absolutely love.

I knew I was going to love this family before we even met, and it was just reinforced when I walked into their bright and colorful home in Butchers Hill Baltimore. Like most warmer month newborn sessions, we started outside to document a little glimpse of their neighborhood before moving indoors.

I’m a chronic over-shooter, so the gallery was over 130 images but here are a few (ha!) highlights that I loved.

Oh and before you dive in, as a side note, I am TERRIBLE with blogging these days. I have a fast turn around on my galleries so between photographing several families a week and editing to turn them around to you quickly, showcasing on the blog takes the back burner.
