As an on-location maternity photographer, the best part of my job is making sure every family session is completely unique to you. I get to travel all over Maryland and love the surprise and sometimes challenges that come along with shooting at new locations!

For this maternity session, I had worked with mom and her family back in December for an extended family session outside of their home in Reisterstown. So while arriving to their property wasn’t a complete surprise, it was definitely different then in December when all the trees and grass were brown. As much as I do love the muted colors of winter family sessions and the brown tress, this green definitely popped and made for a gorgeous landscape for their family maternity session.

I think I may have told mom and dad that little Zeldas was ridiculously adorable a MILLION times. Probably more than that actually, but seriously.. she’s SO cute!!! She ran up to me when we met to say hi! It was near impossible to NOT get her eye contact and smiles!
